As a support worker, I hope to improve my skills and learn new procedures that can help me complete my responsibilities professionally. I have two years of experience as a support worker in Reale Group. My experience has allowed me to develop my empathy, communication and time management, which I believe makes me an ideal candidate for the role of a support worker. I also just recently enrolled a Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability). Through this course, I will gain an abundance of knowledge that I believe can help me complete my responsibilities.^& ^&1.
