I have been working as a childcare educator for more than 10years. I then, changed my role to support diverse of educators. While I was working at childcare centres, one of my passion was always inclusion support. Understand children individually to settle them to the environments and then assisting them to use their full potential was my precious moment. Supporting educators accordingly to their individual needs and see their practice progress were also graceful experience. I pride myself as a great mentor who is able to find individual barriers and easiest and enjoyable ways to minimize them using their abilitrand strength from those experiences. I am good at finding something people can enjoy with their personality and ability. Since I have experienced variety of activities in my life. Such as dancing, singing, sports and movie design. I also able to share my Japanese culture, too accordingly to their interests. Therefore, if someone is interested in something active but did not know what and how to start, I am able to recommend some options or even able to teach them initial level of the activities. Then connect them to places that they would be able to extend the interests with some confidence.
