I truly care about individuals that need help or who are misunderstood . I am compassionate, calm and a great listener. I like to develop trust and build relationships with some one who needs a hand or wants to improve their self esteem and quality of life. Family is very important too me. Married to my wife Roslyn for 23 years and raising 4 children into adults is a great foundation to mentor others who need a hand or just a great mentor to guide them through any challenges that they are struggling with. Working as a NDIS disabilities support worker has also inspired me to help more participants succeed and achieve goals. With over 30 years of managing staff, coaching and mentoring players and educating students I believe that investing time with individuals and having a genuine interest in their families and their aspirations will build long term relationships and improve their individual self esteem and confidence. Additional Community events & activities that I facilitate: Provide training programs into the community - Currently run sports activities basic skills & drills or elite drills depending on the ability of the participants Provide support services to new clients- Could be meeting other community volunteers and community events Cooking & Holiday activities- Go Karting, Arts & Crafts or basic cooking. Run team building camps to build trust , honesty & team work. I run rugby camps & team building camps out of Yarrabilba Sports Hub
