As a disability support worker with over five years of experience, I have honed my ability to build strong relationships with clients and am passionate about providing the best quality support. With my expertise in providing personal care, domestic activities, and community participation programs, I have developed excellent communication skills and a common-sense approach to problem-solving. My empathy and genuine desire to help those in need stem from my background as a volunteer worker at an orphanage home before moving to Australia. Growing up, I received help and support from family and friends when I needed it the most, and this has opened my heart to compassion, which I bring to my work as a disability support worker.
