I have been working in hospital based jobs for past 12 years. I met so many different patients and assisted with their needs. Patient transport and assisting with their needs in the hospitals, gave me confident to work with the community. Patient safety, infection prevention, falls prevention, correct communication and client centred care are my main focus points during my work in the community. My great time management skills, and punctuality will help to achieve best client care. ^& ^&I like to walk during my free time, so I can assist client to walk and picnics. also I like to go shopping therefore I can take if they want to go for shopping. moreover, I like to cook and learn how to make different meals. so I can assist clients meals according to their needs, ^&
