I enjoy spending time with other people, whether it is learning from them or teaching them, but the best part is getting to connect with another person. I love arts and crafts and spend lots of my free time painting and drawing. I paint my own flower pots and have a lot of plants that I love taking care of. I have a sweet cat who loves to chat and chase lizards. I enjoy the outdoors and try to go for a walk around the block whenever I can to help clear my head after a long day, I'm also a swim teacher so I love the pool and swimming. I always try to find new things to do, finding an art gallery or a new mountain to hike up. I also like relaxing in my downtime, reading or watching a show is how I unwind most of the time. If you were to ask my mum why I'd be good for this role, it's because I have always been drawn to helping people, whether the task is big or small. I put other people's needs ahead of mine when the cause calls for it, it is very rewarding being able to take some weight off of someone's shoulders. ^& ^&One of my favourite hobbies is painting. When I paint with other people we gather the materials, choose the designs we want to create, and get started. I would help outline the design and get the materials ready to use with water and rags. We then get started with the painting, depending on the colours in the design, I may help figure out how to mix the colours. While we are painting we can either put music on or a tv show, maybe even just sit outside and talk to each other about anything and everything. They then have a piece of art they can be proud of, or even better we can paint something for each other. ^&
