Therefore, I would like to spend the rest of my career supporting others, as I see that working as a Support Worker could be an extremely rewarding career.^& ^&** Watch Youtube video's about the hobby with the participant to gage their interest; and, to give them an overview accordingly prior to starting the task so that they have a visual understanding of the task accordingly. ** Should the person show interest, begin the task by breaking it down with clear step-by-step instructions, demonstrating along the way; ** Make it a relaxed, fun & special time; ** Praise the participants efforts and help the participant focus on improving abilities rather than the end product; ** With some skills or hobbies, it maybe appropriate to also take the participant to museum exhibits, performances, or fairs that relate to the hobby or skill.^&
