Working with children and supporting their individual needs are my best interest. I have gained lot of experience working with children and their families. I did my Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care and worked as a Family Day Care Educator and Respite Care educator Since 2014. As working with different people and different environments creates best opportunity to learn and expand my understanding and knowledge. ^& ^&Setting up an environment to invite and encourage their interests. Involving them, supporting their interest by answering their questions Role modelling, demonstrating the skill to them to achieve their interest and skill.^&
