I am a Fijian, where our culture tradition and lifestyle is all about treating others with respect, helping where needed, we improvise, modify and substitute if we haven't got what's needed. I love making a difference in people's lives, sometimes it can be just a smile, words exchanged and giving a helping hand. I started as an Assistant in nursing, have taken different roles which has equipped me to handle any situation calmly and effectively ^& ^&I would read up on their Support plan, to understand their diagnosis, trigger and preventions, it is very important to remain calm at all times^&
