I believe that a great social carer is someone who is patient and compassionate. also, someone who does the job not only for money but also her/his passion and interest towards the role. ^& ^&I would probably introduce my hobbies first to them, share my own experiences eg, how i started the specific hobby and how much i like it etc, and organise an activity day so people from my community can join. However, they get to choose if they join or not so it is not compulsory. people who attended the activity would tell their experiences and their thoughts to others and that might encourage them to start and challenge something new. ^&
