I always try and make the day enjoyable for my client.Love to hear about the past history of the client and look at photos. I know the value of communication which is very important to the client. Love to take out clients in the community to provide physical and emotional support and help them reach their goals. Always listen to your client, respect them be reliable and have a great sense of humour with plenty of patience, never finish a sentence for them if they have trouble getting the words out eventually they will finish.
