Social justice is a big reason I pursued my role in social work, and I believe strongly in helping and advocating for others who may be unable to do so on their own. I want to be around people who wants help and company to make them happy.^& ^& Good communication skills are essential when sharing my skills and knowledge with others. I should be able to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise way, and be able to adapt my communication style to suit the needs of different people. For example : If my client is from Asian country and doesn't understand English properly, I have to make sure to speak slowly and simple English so they can catch up the words I am saying to them or even use gestures to help them understand.^&
