After working in a aged care and engaging with the vulnerable people I understood more about life and what difference I could make on someone's life. I feel more open. I'm empathetic and caring. I believe I have a ability to understand people's problems and try to do best I could. ^& ^&I will first introduce myself and tell them why I'm there. I would start a conversation and as it continues I would talk about the things that we have common. For example I like soccer and if the person I'm looking after also like I would talk about it.^&
