I have 3 children on the spectrum, have worked numerous years in mental health, owned a crystal and spiritual well-being shop which specialised in meditation as well as spiritual counciling, i related to people and show them the positives of life.^& ^&I can show them how to see the beauty in nature, how to find positive release through exercise, meditation , art and music and being a proactive listener to their woes and struggles and help them to verbalise and action their needs and wants in a positive way.^&
