I believe I am a respectful, compassionate and understanding individual who gets joy and satisfaction out of making a difference in any way possible. Although I have not had any experience in this particular area of employment I have the eagerness to learn and motivation to strive for an opportunity to pursue a career that offers the chance the to make a difference in a person's life whilst feeling personally rewarded for the work that you do.^& ^&Whatever the activity or scenario, the most important thing is that the person of which you are providing support to feels as included, encouraged and independant as possible.^&
