About
I am a mother of 3 - My eldest daughter is 26 and has Downs Syndrome. She loves going on outings and is involved in special olympics and also works 4 days a week. I have involved myself in volunteering in Special Olympics and also have been on the committee. Having a daughter with a disability has helped me as a person to understand and have compassion and empathy for others. I have a passion to help and encourage people that they can too can be independent out in society and still do what they love. That gives me a great deal of confidence that i can help with that independence.^& ^&I would work with them closely and get them to help along the way which will also develop there skills on whatever we are learning, they will be involved in every step of the way.^&
