I joined Corrective Services NSW just over 2years ago to assist inmates to prevent re-offending,to gain experience in everyday situations and guide them to be the best person they can be. I am a qualified Chef and love baking.I love being in the kitchen after 33 years thought I needed a change.^& ^&Teaching them how to cook within their budget.
