Everyone has different life experiences, values and needs. I have a large extended family, with many different personalities and opinions. I believe this has enabled me to be open minded and listen contently to an individual opinion and requirement. I also have an older brother with an intellectual disability which has given me a lifetime of learning and experience with patience and communication skills with those who need it most.
