At first I wanted to gain experience in the industry as I am looking for a career change. I thought of Social Carer as my 1 year old is severely vision impaired. We're starting to learn how to use a walking cane and I thought that I could use some of my patience and care for others. I could barely get through the NDIS Module as I was sobbing throughout the videos hearing their stories.^& ^&I'd present myself professionally and respectfully. Get to know the new people that I am working with, share my likes and hobbies to see if they share the same interests. If so, this will allow me to build rapport and eventually a trusting working relationship. ^&
