I am 31 years old, I recently decided to have a career change from customer service to supporting individuals to achieve their goals and enjoy their life. have completed a certificate III in individual support and have currently been working supporting clients in the community and have experience with deaf & intellectual disabilities, with the capacity to take on new clients. I have lived with my grandparents my whole life who helped raise me, along with my mum who has a mild form of cerebral palsy and who is also profoundly deaf. In my current years, I care for my mum & grandmother. I have a broad knowledge of sign language and lip reading, and will be completing a certificate in Auslan soon. I am very passionate about helping others and allowing clients to feel like they are supported to achieve their goals, and supported in their life as a whole, and making a difference in someone's life. I have had over 15 year's experience working, I have learned many skills over the years, I am a hard worker. I strive to do all I can to understand each clients invidiual needs to help others and help them achieve positive outcomes in their life.^& ^&I love to cook and bake cakes so I’d love to help people and show them basic cooking skills. ^&
