I believe this a wonderful opportunity to develop connection and engage in wide range of experiences, interests and opportunities, even if it as simple as sharing in a cup of tea in the garden and enjoying the sunshine. My background is in education and am a passionate believer in life long learning and fun for all. I am a mother to four amazing children each with their own unique traits and skills. This has taught me to appreciate the individual strengths and rights that everyone has. I have travelled and worked in many areas of Australia and this has developed my belief that through engaging in peoples strengths and interests opens up opportunities that can connect everyone into the community. I’m passionate about health and wellbeing and have recently engaged with a few people around life coaching, exercise, health and well being. I love trying new experiences and getting to know people on a deeper level. ^& ^&Recently I held a workshop with parents on how to play and the importance this has in building relationships I took a group of children upon a bushwalk and we talked about how we have an impact upon sustainability and how nature helps to ground us and helps with emotional regulation I took an elderly friend to an exhibit and engaged in a reflective discussion around history and current times ^&
