I really enjoy helping people and learning from all walks of life. I believe everyone has a story to share with the world and see this as an opportunity to bring those gems to life. I have a big family and have had a lot of experience mentoring, volunteering and helping people of mental illness, disability and unemployed get them back on their feet. Most of my previous experience has come from working and volunteering for the Uniting Church and community projects. I am compassionate, determined, resilient and have a strong drive to help people reach their full potential. I have strong cultural and musical skills. One way I could easily connect and share one of my skills is to teach someone how to play an instrument. But do it in a way that will keep that person engaged. Guitar playing is one of my hobbies, I could easily break down the basics of how to play and share it with someone in the community.
