I have been working with people for many years, so I have a lot of experience in both caring for people in their own home and in the community. I was born in Australia and my first career as an Enrolled nurse and as a support worker. Important qualities I pose are being non-judgemental, compassionate and a good listener. I have a passion to making a positive difference to the lives of people by helping them live independently to their full potential. ^& ^&To share a craft activity with someone, it's important they have the same interest, give other options letting them make a decision. Make the activity fun, be patient, let them make the craft at their own pace and support as needed.^&
