After working for more than 20 years in various leadership roles in finance and accounting, I am looking forward to work for the community. I believe based on my family situation , I understand needs of elderly and disabled people and respect their rights to being an individual. I am eager to serve the community in my prime years and believe that I will make a great social carer. ^& ^&When sharing my skills and hobbies with someone in the community I will keep it simple. I will create an environment in which ideas flow and creativity blossoms and the person will walk away with a renewed sense of purpose and direction. I will respect the person's individual space and encourage the person on all the little achievements. I will provide clear and helpful insights for the person to pick up new skills and realise their full potential. My approach will be tailored to their needs and values and will provide clarity needed to move forward in a positive direction. ^&
