I'm 49 and young at heart and enjoy many things. I've led a very full life...interesting childhood, qualified youth worker, travelled to over 40 countries, finalist for Young Australian of the Year two years running in the Community Services Sector, Personal Trainer, Events Coordinator, Cactus Pash - website to support survivors of Child Sexual Abuse, Business Owner, Soccer Manager 3 years in a row, a lover of nature, the beach, food, my friends and running. I just completed my first 42km marathon. I have 2 beautiful children aged 12 and 14. Both girls. I have lots of gratitude for my health. I believe in hard work and the reward of a beautiful life. I also think personal and professional integrity is essential in makes for good genuine people. ^& ^&My enthusiasm and life experience will make it easier for us to create fun, get jobs completed, feel satisfied with accomplishing tasks. Wellbeing is important so subtle exercise like walking in nature or anything more physical is adaptable depending on the clients needs. We could bush walk, chat along the way, complete some tasks, get lunch etc. So much variety. My array of experience in fitness is one aspect and hard to give one example. Garden care can be a shared experience and a life long learning opportunity.^&
