I been working in aged care field for over 13 years. I learnt many things and to related with aggressive and difficult residents I like talking with people, be able to support them, and understand them ^& ^&How I share my skill. By showing them and tell them the reason why I do that. Example When you work with client with dementia. Call them by name not darling or sweetheart. And to do activity, do exactly the way they know. Like brush they teeth. Don’t give them just tooth brush and bowl. You physically if they still be able to walk. Take them to bath room and do it at sink. ^&
