I enjoy interacting with clients to ensure their activities are engaging and enjoyable, and that clients feel comfortable and safe and have positive outcomes. Positive experiences build confidence and sometimes independence. I have a happy personality and love the great outdoors, and up for some challenges too. An example is Sally likes gardening. I would ask Sally if she would like to start a garden at home. If she would like a garden, I would show her some examples of plants (easy growing ones) and ornaments and suggest an outing to the shops to purchase some plants. I would then help Sally establish the garden and show her techniques to care for the plants.
