I love meeting and working with different people to share experience with each other. I am a friendly, easygoing and compassionate person. I used to do volunteer in Red Cross for many years and coached students with their subjects. I love helping people to achieve their capabilities and encourage them to achieve what they can. I am a very powerful person that can empower people with lots of confidence and assurance. ^& ^&I will first let them know my skills and interests and to see whether we have some common hobbies to do together. I will show them patiently if they are not capable to do it and build their confidence that nothing is difficult as long as they are willing to try. ^&
