Hi, my Name Richard I'm enthusiastic and reliable individual. I have more than 10 years experience in the disability sector which includes participants with challenging behaviours and personal care requirements. I'd love to keep developing my skills and build relationships with a variety of people from different backgrounds and lifestyles and always providing dignity and respect with my service. I always take the time to learn about the participants,and helping them maintain independence is incredibly rewarding. Away from work, I love playing with my rescue dog Gigi , I also love watching and playing Soccer and exercising. I'm a big believer in the ability that all people, whether they are an able person or someone with a disability, they can still contribute to the community. I'm hoping to assist as many people to achieve their goals through Likefamily. ^& ^&Hi One of my passions is soccer (Football). Although I'm not a professional coach I believe I have enough knowledge and personal skills to train someone, which I have in the past with great results. I'm a great believer that anyone can participate in any sport activity, whether they have a disability or not. It's all about getting to know your participants interested and capabilities. ^&
