im very flexible and like to understand where a person is at and try to meet them at that level and help them where i am able to achieve and accomplish what is needed in their journey^& ^&We can only share what we know by leading with our actions .. i would first observe and listen to see where someone is at .. UNDERSTANDING is the biggest key for me which i personally would say is a skill .. if you know where someone is at and what theyre going through or needing , i would help guide or assist and be sensitive to that need^&
