I was motivated by the desire to contribute to the construction of a fairer society for the most vulnerable people through the fulfillment of their rights. For this reason, I decided in January of this year to begin my studies through a Certificate III in Individual Support + Certificate IV in Aging Support at the SBTA school (Sydney Business & Travel Academy), which has allowed me to further increase my deep love and respect for older adults and disabled people who need caregivers to support them in living dignified lives through compassionate care and practical support. For me, being a caring caregiver means making a positive difference in the lives of those people. My capacity for empathy, communication, solidarity and social justice make me a person capable of promoting the well-being and dignity of the most vulnerable people. The defense of human rights, empathy, teamwork, my patience and tolerance as well as my interest in well-being and mental health are some of the passions and skills that most characterize me, making me feel fulfilled when helping those who need it. As for my hobbies, I enjoy everything related to art and inclusion, I like to practice outdoor exercises, enjoy nature through activities such as hiking. I would also like to highlight my capacity for commitment to work, I consider myself a responsible and efficient person with the tasks assigned to me, I respect the confidentiality and dignity of each person and at all times I find myself with the genuine interest in learning and elevating my skills abilities and skills to achieve my maximum potential within my professional training as a support worker.
