I am passionate about supporting people to live their best life. I feel my experiences through my own life have helped to understand how to best support people to develop skills at their own pace. I have worked in Child Care, raised my own family and have been in the Disability field for 10 years. Over this time I have developed amazing relationships with clients and their families, helped the clients to achieve goals, enjoyed beautiful moments when they achieve a goal or just have a great time dancing and singing to their favourite songs. ^& ^&At my current position as trainer in the Flexible Respite program I supported several clients to make candles. I helped purchase supplies, instructed each to make their own candles, following simple instructions and encouraged individuality in their creativity. ^&
