I became a support worker because I wanted to make a direct, positive impact on people's lives. It was a role, I quickly discovered, that fit my like a glove. I'm naturally drawn to helping others and forming connections, and my naturally industrious (and self-competitive!) nature helps me learn and apply new skills to any sort of challenge. I'm handy to have around for DIY and creative solutions to problems, and my friendly, genuine personality helps others feel at ease around me. It's important to have a laugh, and I want others to feel comfortable enough around me to do so while relying on me to help however I can. I'm passionate about all things sound! I'm a freelance voice actor on the side having worked in games, commercials and kids books, and I love audio and video engineering and content creation. I'm a gamer at heart, play tennis every week and can't back down from a DIY challenge. I also love to cook and learn new recipes! A difficult childhood and my share of struggles growing up have helped me connect with a lot of clients who have been through something similar. It's important to feel understood by the people in your life, and I do my best with what I've been through to help my clients feel understood without crossing personal or professional boundaries.
