I have a certificate 111 in individual support in disability. A current First Aid/CPR, WWCC, NDIS check and Police check My previous positions were transportation of children with special needs which I did for 10 years and then a team leader / support worker for 5 years. I am a mum of 3 and grandmother of 4. I have good communication skills and am able to build great repore with both clients and their families . My previous role as a support worker involved community participation as SIL. Assisting clients with personal care , cooking, cleaning.medications train travel. I also have experience dealing with allied health workers , Trustees and Guardians Building trust and confidence with clients is very important and I pride myself in doing so.
