To make a great support worker you need passion and a positive attitude. And i fall directly into that category. throughout my childhood and now adult hood, i have had a passion to constantly help people achieve their goals in life. My judgement free mentality helps me connect to many people, opening many friendships. ^& ^&i would get the individual involved in my passion of sport and describe the benefits of participating. for example involving someone in a soccer game, introducing someone to a gym setting, going for a swim in a local pool. ^&
