Putting smiles on the faces of individuals that I have assisted in my other caring duties in the past years motivated me to continue my role as a Social Carer. I believe that I have qualities such as empathy, good communication skills, resilience, a good team player and adaptability that makes me a good social carer. Good communicator and a good listener, loves reading, gardening, flexible to changes. As a former primary school teacher I believe that I have skills to communicate effectively and provide valuable insights when interacting with individuals in a care setting.
