I have been working as a community support worker before coming to Australia. I have worked with the elderly, people with a disability and mental health. The skills I got would help me bring more confidence, independence, and happiness, which can be an important factor in my client’s life. Being empathic, respectful and caring nature of me will help the clients to share and understand the importance of achieving goals. I came from an extended family in Fiji whereby my mother became the main carer of my grandparents, and we also took responsibility for sharing her workload. I always follow my heart and helping and supporting the community is my passion. cooking - I am passionate about cooking and sharing knowledge will benefit my client cycling - for better health
