Being a social carer i want to help ppl with disabilities, ageing and other problems to do their daily routine tasks. The satisfaction that someone needs me and I'm helping & improve their lifestyle that motivates me to stick in this role. I'm good at this position bcos the caring nature and respect for elder ppl there's always in my mind and heart when I'm working with them. Experience as a support worker,AIN nearly 3years but I'm learning everyday from my clients and around. In this field we learn language, culture,diversity from ppl from different communities. Thats good for our growth. Thats the positive impact of this job.
