I am caring and have a passion for improving the quality of life. I believe that my interest in this area, my experience, and my current certificates have given me the skills that I will require to work in this field. I understand the needs of patients with complex needs and people with disability. I am trustworthy and an honest person who is very devoted to do well in anything that I take on. I am respectful and courteous and also friendly, happy, punctual, well mannered and willing to learn. Also, having worked as a security officer at Liverpool hospital for over 4 years have given me the experience and knowledge on problem-solving skill and monitoring person with mental health and aggressive behaviours. I believe I'm well suited for this job :) ^& ^&I having gain great understanding on how to care for patients with complex need through my work experience/work placement using my creative skills, I will put in place activates that would encourage patients to be self dependent for examples allowing them to choose what games they want to play, encouraging them to read a book of their choice. I'm a producer/ song writer so another activity I can do is get them to write a song with me, using their own lyrics I'll encourage them to record a song! ^&
