I have experience of case managing people with disabilities and Aboriginal youth in residential care, obtaining welfare, counselling, advocating, seeking and obtaining work. I have been able to identify non-employment related barriers through counselling and discussions. I have the experience of helping breakdown the barriers through counselling, specialist services and/or further education. Other barriers I have helped youth and their families deal with have been alcoholism, substance misuse and family problems.^& ^&By engaging with the community group. Participate and organising community event. Attend to festivals and Australia national events and multicultural dos.^&
