I am motivated to support people to lead a better or more pleasant life. To support them in the best case to find more empowerment and inclusion in their own life as well as in society is the claim of my work. I would generally describe myself as a very neat, warm, reflective, emphatic, open, direct, creative and honest person. Accordingly, I incorporate these descriptions into my work in a professional manner. I also have a good work ethic and have high standards for my professional actions.^& ^&I would incorporate my creative nature into my work in the sense that I am very flexible both in the way I choose and execute my working methods. But creative here can also be understood in the artistic sense. Since I already have a lot of experience in artistic work with clients, I could also incorporate this into my work.^&
