I am very motivated to get a job in my profession. I have over 4 years experience as a social worker and support worker. During my studies I worked in facilities for people with different disabilities and in aged care homes. It fulfills me to make the difference to other people's lives. I like to encourage people who need help and support their independence. ^& ^&I would show (personal) pictures or something visible about this hobby. Sometimes that could make it easier to explain things. If the other person seems interested I would try to create a workshop or something similar (example: cooking something we both like). The offer must be tailored to the person and to his/her abilities. ^&
