I am an extremly empathetic and genuine person who likes to make people feeled valued, confident and included. I have worked in Multi-Catagory units for the Department of Education. These units consisted of a wide range of children with special needs and I absolutely loved my time working with them. Seeing the progression of confidence and various other social and emotional skills made it all worth it. I am looking for a new and exciting experience where I can continue to hone the skills I learnt as a member of the support staff for the Department of Education.^& ^&I would start by having a conversation with them where I would assess if they were interested in the skills and hobbies that I was. If they were, I would asked them why they liked those particular hobbies and if they have had any experience with the hobby before or if they would like to try it. I would then continue by providing knoweledge of the skills and hobbies before asking them if they would like to explore the skills and hobbies in a more practical sense. (e.g. fixing cars, reading fantasy novels, watching movies, playing board games or putting puzzles together.).^&
