I love assisting people who really need help and make positive outcome in their lives. I have been working in disability field since last three years and feel proud when I tell people what I do. Understanding participant's behaviours, their needs, their history and knowing their support plan makes the support effective. ^& ^&I love to communicate with people, sharing my experiences, hearing them back to have a good conversation. Sometime your positive thoughts can make difference in participant's life. I love to share one here. One of my client, he was very stressed and worried about the death. I told him, death is the beautiful thing that happens in everyone's life. It is inevitable, the day we die, is the day to get freedom from all the sufferings and it is the process to be transformed in another life. So my client was happy to hear these words from me. ^&
