About
Being away from my family as I venture for better future here in Australia made me want to be surrounded by people. My first job was a home support worker. I fell in love with this job because I get surrounded by great people and I was able to learn a lot from them while giving the support they need. I'm from the Philippines and used I to work in the health care industry before coming to Australia. I am currently enjoying working for a family while having fun with them. Getting to know them and learning from them as well. I am very much aware of the cultural diversity here and is always open to learn new things.^& ^&Building rapport and finding out about another person's preferences will give me an idea what hobbies or skills to share. After knowing their preferences I can try to incorporate those similar preferences we have by doing those things together and building a good relationship. ^&
