i am 19 years old, i am willing to learn and i am a confident, happy person who is willing learn anything i need to. I love working with people, it doesn’t matter what they look like, how they act, what they do, i love helping people, it’s in my nature and it’s how i was brought up, while growing up i was helping take care of my grandparents and the people in our church who are unable to fully care for themselves, and i am really good with babies, kids and young adults, my extended family is very large so we have a lot of kids around up and older people too. i always find it easier when i need help there is always someone to help me out, it’s really useful in certain situations, and i would absolutely love to be that person for people who need my help, now, i havent worked as a social carer becore but i believe i have most of the skills and traits it takes to be one, and my dad works as a social carer snd seeing him work just inspires me even more to become an amazing worker like he is, i have learnt from him what i need to do and i am also starting my cert III in Individual Support (disability) course. I am flexible in where I work and whom I work with. I have a can-do attitude, I am willing to learn on the go and will commit to further training to enhance my skills and knowledge. I am a hardworking, reliable, and trustworthy person who is looking for a workplace that is the same. I work to the best of my ability but will ask the hard questions when needed or required. I have a happy and positive personality and love encouraging others to do the best job they can. One of my best skills is communicating with people, I had to do that daily in my previous jobs, that includes happy and let us say not so happy people, so I am comfortable working in that environment as well. I have a calm personality and work well under pressure. I am Creative/ innovative, Respectful and able to follow instructions and directions. I think it is important to attend training and meetings. I have excellent customer service skills, verbal, non – verbal and written. I have a current driver's license (LR) my own a smartphone with Internet access, I have a current National Police Clearance, I was born in Australia, therefore, I have valid working rights within Australia.^& ^&I communicate with people at my current workplace, of all ages, and i enjoy helping where help is needed and always make sure that i have done everything i can to continue what i have started and make sure when i have finished it is right. ^&
