I have been a support worker for over 4 and what drives me every day is my passion for bettering the lives of individuals and knowing that I have a positive impact on our their day to day life. I have completed a degree in Sport and Exercise Science and have had a lot of work experience within the disability sector. I am very passionate and understand the importance of individual goals and needs. I love working with individuals to learn new life skills and experiences as well as further their independence. ^& ^&I really enjoy the outdoors, trying new activities and making memories. Most importantly I have fun whilst doing it!^&
