I am a very compassionate and caring person. My passion is to support and ensure each individual to have a happy and supported life given their life experiences and Disability. I treat everyone with respect and I am a really fun and happy person. My passion is my family. I have two boys and I love spending time with them. I enjoy going to the gym, longs walks, music and coffee! I love eating good food and love to cook. I have many skills and that being able to support and work with my client to ensure their needs and goals are being met. I am always positive and I always have a smile on my face. I will ensure I am a great social carer for the individual and strive to make their experience with me, a happy, supported, trust worthy and positive experience. I have over 10 years experience in the Aged and Disability sectors- - Community support worker - Aged care residential home carer - Business service officer, rostering and emergency after hours on call support - plan management -NDIS Support Co ordination and Aged Care Case worker. I am currently completed my Diploma of Community Services.
