Hello! I'm Kaylee, an enthusiastic and empathetic 18 year old support worker with a passion for making a positive impact in the lives of others. Over the past 1.5 years, I've been working in age care providing home health and have gained valuable experience in providing compassionate care and support to individuals with diverse needs. My approach is centred around building trusting relationships and promoting independence while ensuring a safe and nurturing environment. I am dedicated to tailoring my support to meet each person's unique goals and preferences, fostering a sense of empowerment and dignity.
