As an osteopath and previous support volunteer for people with mental health and learning disabilities, my passion lies in helping others. I am currently completing my post-graduate degree in counselling to expand my current professional repertoire. I am looking to further fulfil my innate interest by helping people through social work. I am introverted and enjoy quality time with people. I like getting to know each individual and what brings them joy. Personally, I love cooking fresh nutritious meals and am invested in health and exercise. I also love creative outlets (I’m currently completing my Creative Therapies training at university) and understand the beauty of non-verbal communication outlets. I’m looking forward to support people through light-hearted gentle fun with baking, walks in the park, coffee catch-ups, cooking at home, trips to a museum, and whatever else might bring us joy.^& ^&Baking and cooking together, organising creative outlets (drawing/painting/clay work etc), museum trips, cinema visits, walks in the park, or helping grocery shopping. I’d like for people to have trust in me and feel safe to talk to me about life and troubles, but also have fun and laugh every time they see me.^&
